Daisy Sunflower warms herself on the open flames

In a set of shocking events last Sunday, a ballot drop box was mysteriously set on fire at Copley Square. The Husky Husky has taken it upon itself to solve this great injustice to democracy by forcing one of our countless indentured servants to investigate the situation.

After some precise research and a very confidential consultation with NEUGigs, the Husky Husky has finally been able to pinpoint the culprits identity. As it turns out, the arsonist was not a MAGA Cultist, nor a campus republican, but a confused Californian NU.in student—Daisy Sunflower—acting in a spurt of snow related panic.

Since NEU Gigs generously provided us with Daisy’s NUID, phone number, home address, and SSN, the Husky Husky figured we might as well reach out for an exclusive interview. Speaking to us directly from the Westin dryer that President Aoun personally locked her in as punishment, Daisy gave us a very hot take.

“I mean ya, voter suppression is kinda not great but I’ve never seen snow before and didn’t realize it was like cold COLD you know? Massachussett’s will turn blue anyw—

The rest of her sentence was cut off when the dryer mysteriously turned on.

Due to legal issues regarding interviewing the subjects of Aoun’s impending cyborg trials and fear for our own safety, our research couldn’t be taken any further, but we are glad to have contributed what we could.

As a final note, The Husky Husky strongly urges Californians to utilize BU students as firewood, not ballot boxes.
